How to become a No.1 Fan affiliate:

If you love our product and want to promote it and earn money doing so, you can become an affiliate. If you know what that means, then skip to here and read on after that. If not, this is what you need to know.

An affiliate is a person or company that sends visitors to a website in exchange for commissions.

In the case of our company and product, an affiliate can earn commission on a Pay-per-sale basis. This means that for every person you send to our site who then buys from us, you will receive a commission. This commission is currently set at 10% of the sale price, so for every person that you send to our site who buys one Fan toy, you will receive £1.99. There is no limit on how many people you can send. If they buy more than one (as many do), you'll get 10% of whatever they spend on the Toy.

Each affiliate is given a unique link (a piece of code) to paste into your website (or just into an email), so that we can track which affiliate is responsible for generating a sale. That tells us who to pay for referring the sale. As with all good affiliate systems, we track all the people you send to our site, so there's no chance we won't know that a sale was down to you.

In fact, our system cleverly knows if someone comes to our site thanks to you, but doesn't buy until another visit much later, as much as 3 months later. We'll still know they were originally referred by you and you'll still get paid.

Most affiliates own a website or several websites. However, some earn commissions by paying for advertising and sending the visitors directly from the ads to our site using Google Adwords or Microsoft Search Advertising. This is effective if you know what you're doing, but is not for the beginner.

If you are new to being an affiliate, you can even just put the link that we give you into an email to your mates (or your entire address book) and leave it at that. We even have a sample email that you can use (and our system allows you to send this email automatically from inside the affiliate area). Given the nature of our product, if you send that email to your mates who are into football, you'll probably sell a few and get some commission. Why not give it a try?
