Ian Clifford is the Managing Director of Fantom.

He qualified as a solicitor and worked as an Intellectual Property lawyer with an emphasis on the Music Business from 1990 to 1994.

From 1994 to date, he has been involved in a variety of small companies operating in the Music Business, including record companies, management companies and music publishing. He has run these through his own company, Illicit Entertainment Ltd, since 1994, and now focuses on the management of songwriters and record producers. He has been involved in one way or another in many very successful records and artist careers and continues to prosper in a very tough market.

Fantom is a new venture that he runs alongside Illicit.


Paul Jeffrey is the Creative and Production Director of Fantom.

Paul has been a graphic designer since 1990, and after a lengthy stint at globally renowned design studio 'The Art Group', he left to set up his own successful design agency, Stylus, in the mid-90's.

His work has been largely designs for sleeves and packaging in the Music Industry but has also covered brand advertising, web development and corporate design. He continues to work as a designer with his partner in Stylus.

Paul had the initial idea for the No.1 Fan and Fantom, and did all the original design work.
